Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, its kinda the one law regarding layoffs in the US, basically says you have to give people 2 months notice before you lay them off if you have more than 100 employees and can give advanced notice. Sadly the act is pretty toothless and lots of employers find ways to

more than anything this list illustrates how disappointing this year has been for games. Kirby and elden ring kinda seem like the only two titles that really stand out to me.

Wow so learned literally nothing from Cyberpunk’s botched release huh? Just gonna announce a ton of games way too early in development, get them over hyped then torture their developers for the next 8 to ten years?

Folks complaining that the company is a contractor need to stop. Nintendo is clearly responsible for this, one incident involved their full time employee. Where I work our training explicitly states that we are responsible for all actions we take in the workplace, even if the victim is a contractor.

Its a fun little game. The controls are actually surprisingly intuitive, but the lack of aiming does mean that I tend to always pick one of the aimable weapons and augment it with a random one. All and all its lots of fun, GOTY though? Meh maybe but what else came out this year? I mean Kirby, Elden Ring, that new

Does Microsoft have any non white folks in the C level staff? What about at Xbox? Even if this was an honest mistake or never happened I find it more than a little insulting when companies pay lip service to diversity for a profit but then you look at the leadership and its all a bunch of white guys.

What if its just NMS but with better character creation and a more pop in and play like multi player structure? Tack a better written story on it and that could be cool, not revolutionary but cool. That being said nothing is worth the crunch some of these devs have to go through. It always results in a worse game and

At this point I’m glad to see a game delayed. Wish they would stop throwing out dates altogether. If a developer doesn’t have a playable demo ready to show what their working on then they shouldn’t even announce the game. Sounds like starfield was no where near launch ready and their boss shouldn’t have announced it.

I remember when Sega collections were shockingly good, they would have cool stuff like weird commercials or hidden games that everyone forgot, I was kinda hoping that’s what this collection was going to be. Pretty lame they decided to treat the games like this.

Bummer I guess blame is on me for thinking I could look forward to this, once upon a time sega compilation collections were awesome, including not just several games but tons of cool extras that made it feel special. Now if you will excuse me I’m going to yell at cloud and talk about the good old days.

I feel like this catering to pro players will ruin the game for noobs. The mangler was my favorite gun for the one shot one hit melee. I thought it was the perfect gun for less skilled players. I mean its no more over powered than the OG shotgun or the current BR. Also I want 343 to release more game types and maps

My reaction to this review, “Man this game sounds really fun but, like really hard... I can’t wait to play that new Kirby game.”

My understanding is now this must be made into an NFT?

Does it switch? Like the Switch? I really like being able to move from tv to portable on the fly and use that feature a lot.

I mean the SEC has gotta kill this one right? If this purchase goes through Microsoft is going to be the American Gaming studio. EA and rockstar will become small fish compared to this mega company. Even the threat of lossing call of duty to microsoft could tank Sony’s control of the game market. Add in all the

I’m sure I’m gonna regret asking this but can someone explain what is the legitimate use of NFTs? Seems to me to be a really energy intensive receipt and all this other stuff (markets for creator, new currencies and video game markets) is just things that would be illegal if we didn’t live in the darkest timeline.

10 bucks for a helmet is pretty shameless but the greatest sin here is that there isn’t a dog eared equivalent.

I actually learned about Umarangi from Errant Signal’s review of it. I highly recommend the game and that review to get all of whats going on.

Yeah, just not gonna buy ubisoft games ever again. Every time I do they find a new low and I regret giving them money.

I love this headline almost as much as I hate NFTs.
