I picked up a 2 year old mountain bike for $200 because the guy never rode it and it was taking up space in his garage. Learn from your experiences with your Baja Bug. That front generator has a lot of possibilities. They could drive it with the inside wheel to create torque vectoring. Charge the battery and improve cornering.

In all likelihood neither the EPA or CARB actually testing those vehicles before they went to market. Before the VW scandal the vast majority of vehicle tests were done by the manufacturers themselves.They submit the results to the EPA and CARB and if everything looks good they approve them. 

They’re both Spanish which means clear communication and I’m guessing Marc is an extremely good navigator seeing as he’s won on a bike.
