I came close to buying a one owner well maintained 92 Cutlass Supreme convertible with the 3100. Exactly, if you wrench it yourself it's an ok deal. I've never been a PT hater but convertible, manual and turbocharged has a lot of appeal. I'd also de retro cosplay it and bring it back to GT or Limited trim that it was originally.
