There’s literally nothing I could care about less than hurting Ted Cruz personally. In fact, I probably fall more on the side of being in favor of him experiencing discomfort and unhappiness...

I mean, if “provides gender affirming care to trans children in consultation with a doctor” is sufficient evidence of abuse to take people’s children from them and throw them in jail, Cruz probably deserves the death penalty for this.

Given the shit they pulled with the unauthorized repair, I think I would have been tempted to answer their question about finding the tool with a “nope, sorry.” (Actually, I think I would have offered to go look for it right away, while noting that the search fee would be $750.)

Damn, why didn’t we all just inherit emerald mine money so we could buy an existing company and sue the founders so they’d also have to legally call me a founder? Then we could claim the success of the company as our own and people on the internet would believe we pushed the industry ahead by a decade.
