Without fail, every workplace or community I’ve been a part of where “people can speak their minds freely” has become toxic and abusive, usually with the leaders directly contributing to that. “Free speech” is often the bulwark they use to defend being an asshole, and allowing others to be assholes so they can laugh

You could have played it on your phone’s browser you giant ass.

Like, is it me, or are NFTs just another fucking pyramid scheme?

One more time where it seems like the actual blog author is outshone by the comments

I’m sorry am I taking fucking crazy pills? That was obviously Shuma Gorath.

Not to mention forced arbitration in most matters of dispute. They’re actually like joining a union loses them rights when, due to forced arbitration, they would actually have MORE legal power. They really messed up here lol.

Thanks for continuously reporting these stories (and the memos). The more it’s out there, the more they can’t run from it. Keep this issue visible.

Depends on what you run it on. Current gen console or PC? It’s honestly been a blast since day 1, despite a few bugs which were fixed almost a year ago.

Review inflating. CDPR has done nothing of substance to fix the game in all this time.

Right? If they’d just said “It’s deus ex with driving and the hacking from Watch_Dogs” and only released it for PC and current gen consoles, nobody would have been disappointed. Definitely a launch hamstrung by committee.

All it took was not expecting even half of the insane promises made by the marketing team for me to enjoy this game for what it was.

I didn’t go that way at all, because unfortunately it seems like companies are more worried about protecting people like that than anything else, and seemingly always after the fact.

What if the whole thing is a fishing expedition?

The folks who make Lancer just released the playtest rules for their fantasy equivalent: Icon. It plays very similarly, but in a fantasy-punk world, and contains a lot of fun allusions to Final Fantasy, including giving characters limit breaks. All the different classes seem like allusions to different fantasy

New and interesting games are all well and good, but you can barely give someone a primer on a campaign world and expect them pay attention to it. These worlds maintain such a high population of players because you only need a basic passing knowledge of what generic fantasy is, and you can roll up a character.

My favorite part of this super weird comment is the implication that Americans never threaten to sue for frivolous/selfish reasons. The American legal system - famous for its lack of self-serving absurdity!

It’s a true testament to the Team 4Star guys that most people only will ever reference their version over the original.

“And a Kame and a Hame and a send him home to mommy!” :D

We bash the prequels because the prequels were bad.

I think the Speed Racer movie was honestly better than the show.
