The tongue weight limits make compete sense. Get them up there enough and you’ll be wheelie-ing up the hills. On a FWD car, that may be a problem.

First off, thanks for the info. I was going to google it when I had a chance. The rating difference between the U.S. and Europe makes more sense now. To me, that does not change the capability of the vehicle/driver combination though.

Longer wheel base would result in a slower rotation all other things being equal. Maybe slow enough that the front wheels could have taken the hit and brought the car back in control.

I thought the same thing too, but when Netflix/HuLu/Reddit/Etc. are required to pay more to access Comcast’s/AT&T’s/ETC.’s high speed lanes, those charges will be passed on to you through bigger fees and/or diminished service regardless of who you use for your ISP or whether you use a VPN or not.
