I grew up five blocks off Woodward, so I was very much used to seeing all sorts of cars through the years. Birmingham is right there, and Bloomfield Hills is just further north, so Porsches, Ferraris and Lamborghinis really were rather commonplace...but what I do not recall ever seeing as a kid was a Countach

Seems like a great way to help the spread of the flu and the common cold anyway, so why not?

I found that while playing Watch Dogs, people seemed to have a real bad habit of jumping in front of my vehicle while driving on the sidewalk.

Grand Rapids, MI isn’t on there? Really? Beer City, USA?

My Cobalt is specifically not debadged, because that means it still says “LT”, which, at least when I did the swap 11 years ago, meant people weren’t expecting it to be supercharged.

0.5 psi overinflated stretched tires...a bad, bad combo.

Proof that “crazy crazy” ages you faster than meth.

Good to know on the radiators - I have two aluminum ones just sitting in my garage, after having replaced them, not doing anything.

Yeah, I do something similar with the HIDs in my Cobalt. The car is garage-kept, so they always want to turn on, even if it’s a bright sunny day...because they don’t need to be on. Once I’m out in the driveway, I turn them back to auto, and they’ll stay off, since it’s light out.

I think they remove the spring or something so it just stays in off (this is on a GM switch, where it is spring-loaded, so it always reverts to auto when you restart the car).

His facial expression of perpetual, imminent, death the entire drive is priceless.

The amount of people I have seen who turn their automatic lights off every time they drive or even modify their headlight switch to keep it from reverting to automatic is mindblowing.

It’s not just GM - it’s the only one that seems to be public at this point.

Yup - but not for a while. I’ve been going through my games a lot quicker now, but I still have a healthy backlog. I prefer to wait for the game to be out for a while, most/all the big launch bugs fixed, and all the DLC released.

And meanwhile, my first time driving around San Francisco (around the piers), I had to convince myself that, somehow, you share a lane with the streetcars. It’s weird as hell though.

Gotta love when people misinterpret their favorite work of historical fiction as an actual reason to do something.

Look at who wrote the article - I’m surprised it wasn’t even more critical of a CEO actually doing their job, because GM.

That they are not!

Meanwhile, in another Ubisoft game - Watch Dogs, when jumping into water from such a height, you just die.
