My buddy’s ‘88 Turbo Ranger (2.3L Turbo, T5) used to blow snow through the vents, directly into your face, all while terrifying the shit out of you on snowy roads.

Yep - modern e-coating is too good to be rusty just yet.

Yep, mine is still fine six years later. We use it for Disney+, but also just played the Uncharted Collection recently just fine - and AC:Odyssey before that. Valhalla will be played on it soon enough.

We keep them in one of our lower cabinets and that seems to do the trick for prolonging their life.

I have two 23.7 oz Sport-top bottles that I alternate between - so one is always cold (or getting cold, depending on how fast I am going through them) when I’m done with the current bottle.

Upon initial investigation, said vehicle has been to an authorized third-party shop for a roof glass replacement.

Yes, but at the very least those are supposed to come off. I’m sure a number of times, people simply forgot to latch them...somehow...

Hell, there are barely any deals (as of yet - we’ll see if anything extra pops up on Friday) on car parts this year.

Ours is a ‘14, so it has the 2.0L TD. Even with the Trifecta tune, the car still has a bit of turbo lag, so it doesn’t make for any issues regarding wheelspin - which is good, because, even stock, the car made more than the 280 ft-lb torque rating. And with the tune, it should be even higher.

Absolutely. Both our DDs (Cruze Diesel and Volt) get them, my brother’s cars both get them (Buick Century and ‘01 Mustang GT, the latter just for parking it on during winter). It’s a lot of tire changing, but it is well worth it.

The engine burned off all the automatic transmission fluid I had poured into the cylinders to keep them lubricated while the motor sat, sending a huge cloud of smoke over my neighborhood.

You can mix up your pedals in any car with an automatic.

Usually a minimum of 64 oz - but generally over 100.

DT’s probably working on that already.

that banging on the air vents seemed way too aggressive to be an empty, but I’m not sure what else it could’ve been—another wolf?

It was no surprise to see who wrote the article.

Now playing

I fully expect January to end up like this:

I fully intend to get the white on black Michigan plate for my ‘81 Z28...but that won’t be for another six years.

Yup - mulching them in is the way to go.

What a great central location to monitor for potential acts of domestic terrorism.
