In the world of military contracts $400 million will get you one prototype. Maybe.

1st Gear: It is important to note that the contract originated last December before Trump took office and while Biden was still president. I surely despise Trump, Musk, and their poor attempt at taking over the country but this whole thing predated our current predicament.

“I’m pretty sure Tesla isn’t getting $400M. No one mentioned it to me, at least,” Musk wrote on X on Thursday about the department’s revised forecast.

If fuel economy standards had gone up for 30 years, people would burn less fuel. If the government had increased gas taxes proportionally, they could have both more fuel efficient cars and enough money to maintain the roads, while maintaining similar gas prices (in as much as gas prices are affected by taxes, rather…

They know exactly what they’re doing right now, and they know they’re going to need those bulletproof cars soon.

They will cut all your earned benefits to the bone and send the money straight to their own companies. Trump did it last time with his hotels and golf courses. This time it will be much more direct and brazen. 

Two issues with this in the US:

1] reversing cameras are required. Therefore a built-in screen is required.
2] last I looked, lawmakers were in the process of demanding that cars came standard with AM radio.

I mean... I *guess* you could have a built-in screen that handles the camera, the AM radio, and whatever vehicle…

Anyone else reminded of this?

Remember when Trump said he would be too busy during his first term to even play golf after making so much noise about Obama golfing?

Spooky. There’s an initial sound of the implosion and then a couple steady beats from echos from the implosion. These beats almost sound like heartbeats.

Honestly, I wish he would go back to the golf course.  He needs to be lying with a pencil and not a pen again.

Every accusation is a confession

They may have alternated in-office days so that situations like this didn’t occur.

First, it’s always humourous to see people like Trump and Musk, who are famously almost never in an office and constantly on social media, bitching about people working remotely!

And now most of these workers will be fired for 1) being late to clock-in because nowhere to park, 2) not sitting at their assigned desk, one that doesn’t exist because nowhere to sit, and/or 3) they’re Black/Hispanic/Not-hot women/gay/seem gay/have a gay friend.

Like Cheetolini did for most of his first term. 🙄
