I think it's more because everyone knows who the other three are but Rachel Korine is completely unknown as an actress. (And also because she shares a last name with the director, so it helps stave off questions.)

The story about Prince playing at the "tiny" La Zona Rosa to 300 people is a little misleading. The capacity of that venue is about 1,000. I can't imagine they only let 300 people in there. But it's definitely "tiny" compared to most of the places he plays. And probably the size of Jupiter to him.
