I agree. Especially the earlier 302-powered models, those could be made to be moderately fast with some simple bolt-ons, and for the sheer fun factor, it’s hard to beat. What other running, driving RWD V8 with a manual and an LSD can you easily find for a few thousand bucks? If you’re an enthusiast on a budget and you…
The 4th gen was a handsome car. For the 90's era of styling, it holds up well, and the Cobra R of that era was pretty badass looking.
Yeah they should have had the traditional vertical taillamps from day one. The horizontal ones just don’t scream “Mustang” as loudly as the vertical ones do.

Missed a great opportunity to teach your kid about hard work, earning your rewards, and knowing that you can’t always get everything you want. I know this because I have no kids, that makes me an expert on this.
Damn right I am.
The changes feel dramatic and they do extend past the realm of bolt-ons, but only slightly.
I bought a cheap Range Rover. Biggest ripoff of my life.
Your opinion doesn’t count!
Silly question: After seeing that the engine was seized, why didn’t you just swap the stuff from the $300 bike to the $75 one?
