Correct.
The younger generations don’t spend money on cars because it’s a lot more money in proportion to what they make than Way Back When and because they already have most of their money spoken for in rent, student loans and covering other basic necessities. Avocado toast has little to do with it.
I’d say Forza Motorsport 3 was the one that really raised the bar, being the first game in the franchise that wasn’t just a competitor to Gran Turismo, but an outright alternative that fixed the faults GT didn’t knew it had.
I’ve never really been to a bad car show/meet, and scrolling through the comments here, I can see why. The negative experiences others are reporting all have to do with the people rather than the cars at these shows.
I take issue with one thing in your post:

Two wheels good.
My brother happily owns a Street Glide. His other bike is a beloved V4 Panigale. Which is just such a delightful combination that gives me joy every time I consider it.
Ebay is much easier than turning a wrench - I am a scale model builder and i know all too well how fun it is to buy new kits, but gluing them, painting them.. Etc.. can take years to get to
Welcome to the mind of a hoarder. Planning, acquiring, trading, but never doing jack. He had enough parts to build multiple FDs, and he let the two he had waste away.
I know someone that literally had a tree fall on them during their morning run last month it made me realize I should just buy the car I want instead of worrying about “over-spending”.
What I think the real moral of the story here is the guy who was hoarding all those parts, but died before doing anything with them (using them or selling them).
Thank you for commenting when you actually know what the prices are on these terminators. It seems that most here commenting don’t know the market on Terminator mustangs. A stock hardtop in nice shape will get 20-25 all day long.
You must not know what clean Terminator mustangs go for. A clean hardtop one that’s stock will go for 20-25k all day. He’s got a bit of high end parts added to this one that will easily net the 20k and that will be a bargain.
You do realize that this is an IRS cobra, right? They handle a lot better than the solid axle ones. Plus, the guy put money into the suspension. Now, with those much hp, in a convertible it really should have a roll cage. There’s some 6pt ones that don’t look like crap and don’t mess up the ability to get in and out.…
Since you said you aren’t following the Terminator Cobra market, this is actually an extremely well priced Cobra. They are rarely under 20k.
The fisherman also went on to catch one of these.
Note to self, don’t bother finding wife, find more motorcycles.
