This comment thread seems designed to make atheists seem like the stupidest people on the planet.
Hey folks. I just wanted to drop in and say thank you to everyone here for all the kind words, and also for reading what I’ve written at The A.V. Club these past nine years. I know I wasn’t always the most consistent presence in the comments, even before the Kinja transition, but I dipped in fairly regularly, and for…
Fuck Ben Simmons. Sorry, I couldn't resist
The embedded video starts at 1:03 instead of the beginning. How do you guys keep doing this?
The first time it happened took a screenshot and posted to twitter that I thought my game was broken. Nope. Just... looks like that.
If you move the camera lower to the ground you’ll notice a discolored shin over the environment. In some cases it’s close to the texture color but sometimes you have those weird purple splotches over rocks that changes/goes away depending on if you rotate or move the camera.
And yeah that is not a glitch. That is a…
The purple gloss on everything is so weird. I thought my game was glitching at first.
I was such a Cross booster since I discovered Mr. Show in my early teens. His Shutup You Fucking Baby double (CD’s) got 100's of plays in anything I owned with a disk drive and speakers. It’s honestly hilarious but you need to watch the Dronez episode first for sure.
I forgot to make that caveat with a couple friends of mine less familiar with documentaries, and they almost completely wrote off the show. Fortunately, I was able to hook them back in with The Eye Doesn’t Lie.
One of the problems with the first episode is that if you make a successful parody/homage of Grey Gardens, it’s still going to be weird.
2008: Everyone gets real excited for the Futurama DVD movies
spike jonze knows what he’s doing.
i think without Bam in the movies (which i’m totally OK with), they’re leaving out the CKY films part of the history of Jackass. Marrying them with Knoxville was a Really Good idea.
I actually did think at first that this was going to be just a random silly episode about the kids... it wasn’t until around the halfway point I realized “oh crap, the pajamas are a metaphor for Covid masks”, and then it kinda lost me a bit. They shouldn’t feel like they have to always do topical episodes just because…
