Life vs video always makes me think of this guy from Slacker (1990).
What doesn’t get their dander up? It used to be that Miley Cyrus would have to get mostly naked and stick her tongue out, now Taylor Swift just has to exist and they hate it.
Even if verified, you shouldn’t trust it. The blue “verified” sticker is only, and solely - an indication that someone paid $8 to Musk. And if a company, someone who supports Musk with $12k/year. It has no significance whatsoever as to whether or not the person/account is who they say they are.
Since Musk decided to sell verifications to anyone on Twitter, nobody on that disgusting platform should be trusted.
I always notice it in movies and shows when they didn’t get permission (or license or whatever else is needed) to show the car logo. It’s always a glaringly obvious noticeable thing to me, but, I’ll mention it to my wife and she absolutely does not notice.
We live in a world so saturated with logos and brand designs in our face literally any which way we turn, that product placement has lost all impact for me. If a brand wanted to grab my attention, they’d pay for the removal of their brand logos, because that I’d actually notice.
That might actually be a thing that already exists.
Folks who encourage it - and others who were just shocked & started filming. No one stood up - i mean there wasn’t anything you could do to stand up to dozens of people.
Funny, that’s how I feel about most human drivers I have to deal with.
Maybe people don’t like being non-consenting participants in some tech jagoff’s public experiment. Set them all on fire.
Oh no. What a shame.
Self-driving vehicles, like flying cars, is the technology of the future... always in the future. Developing autonomous vehicles for public roads is a task several orders of magnitude more difficult and more expensive than people think. Autonomous tractors are child’s play compared to a vehicle that has to interact…
The crowd was just beta-testing an AI firework. New tech company called BangMo is applying AI technology to things that go bang. Going to be huge and we want to encourage innovation, right? Still a few kinks to work out, but that’s the price you pay for innovation.
Tina Fey’s response to said racial insensitivity accusations, in a note to the network asking them to pull the episodes in question: “I understand now that ‘intent’ is not a free pass for white people to use these images. I apologize for pain they have caused. Going forward, no comedy-loving kid needs to stumble on…
My parents do the same thing with MSNBC and shit, I tell them that this is part of the problem and they agree, then go back to watching it.
i think i can sum it up as:
Elon still won’t let you suck his dick.
*you’re
I remember watching hours of garbage on MTV circa 1982 waiting for that crazy video with that weird jerky guy to come on. This was almost certainly my first exposure to modern music.
