I’m still hoping to start a bouquet tradition of “group into teams. Toss bouquet. Use said teams to play rugby with bouquet.” Someday...

To vote for the patriarchy, or the aristocracy... Decisions, decisions.

But you sure seem to have a knack for the telling of it, as well. If you ever/have start/started writing, I’d read it.

That was amazing.

Yeah sorry that’s what I meant, that Theon’s inclusion made it go from decent to very good.

There is crying by Daeny in the book: it’s mentioned later on, between the first time and the time she takes control. But it’s framed as something she hides from Drogo, something she endures in order to become more Dothraki.

Thanks, I’m not really well-versed on the subject so it’s nice to hear stuff from someone who knows what they’re talking about. I guess going from decent to good would have been added bonus in my view, but the palatability of the scene is as much an added bonus of the extra purpose, since the scene was probably made

This was literally my though exactly. Focus on Sansa, focus on Ramsay, focus on Theon, or focus on inanimate objects and let the sound tell the tale. What cinematographer wouldn’t take the option that provides the best buffer between the audience and the scene itself and has the least likelihood of verging on torture

Thing is, Daenarys wedding night also didn’t involve a rape in the source material. Drogo is almost literally the first person to ask for her consent in anything, so the romantic arc makes more sense (and the humanizing touch on Drogo alleviates some of the race stuff in the arc). There's a pattern here...

Okay, in moon guys defense... Isn't the end game of sexting to cause floods of sorts?

Hating women for no good reason: it’s not just for dudebros anymore.

Edit: rereading my post, I think I’m grasping at straws and reading way too much into things, but there’s a point I think is true in here that I can’t quite find.

Ahh, just like male legislators then.

Anyone else read the headline and assume her hat represented the comet that may or may not have killed the dinosaurs? Or am I the only one who manages to get “Jurassic Park” out of “Jessica Parker”?

Makes sense to me. In the case of non-water drinks, the drink is watered down when the ice melts and disrupts the important ratio of water to sugar/flavor/alcohol. In ice water, the important ratio is the water-to-ice ratio, so when the water-to-ice ratio increases due to melting ice, it is still watered down. Since

Honestly, I just assumed his vision was going, and he was in fact referring to that grey expanse out in the distance.

I mean... At least it’s not balut? That's one I simply don't understand enjoying if you didn't grow up with it as a cultural dish.

I’d bet that most adult food dislikes are based on texture, not taste. A lot of uniformly disliked foods seem to be noticeably slimy, slippery, mushy, etc. in a way I can notice even if I like them. I think I’d like squash casserole, for instance, if I didn’t have to fight it all the way down my throat. And I love

I mean I think they both released albums, so I kinda assumed they had more, it’s just that those were the ones someone living under a rock like me had heard, so I assumed those were the ones being pushed. Didn’t know the YouTube stars part, that’s kinda interesting.

What she said... wasn't true, was it? Because if it wasn’t, that’s kinda evil, but if it was and she just waited to reveal it, that’s grounds for tearing out the problem parts and dyeing the dress in that bridesmaid’s blood in order to hold a zombie wedding.
