That’s not really fair. Most animals are harmful if they attack you, but most won’t attack in the first place. Mountain lions only go after adult humans in extreme or unlikely circumstances.

Mountain Lions are also incredibly reclusive towards humans. I wouldn’t really worry about them while hiking or shit, they’ll see you long before you see them, and do their best to stay clear.
“spooked my brother on the toilet so bad my mother had to build a new outhouse.” oh, NO, you are NOT letting an awesome story like THAT go by in just one sentence. You GOTTA tell it! :-)
FYI transgender is an adjective, not a noun. It’s “transgender people”, not “trangenders “.
““this koala was an individual, the rest were in the trees.” then, that koala DESERVED to get eaten by a predator to ensure that its dumb genes didn’t get passed on. The circle of life is BRUTAL”
Yes, and to say Hillary Clinton hasn’t done anything? Even most Republicans can admit Hillary Clinton is a woman who has achieved a hell of a lot, even if you don’t agree with those things. I don’t agree with Margaret Thatcher, but damn, being the first woman prime minister of the UK is a pretty big deal. What exactly…
I have zero opinion on what she is doing for trans rights. As you say, it’s not my fight.
Didn't Bruce lie to people for decades?
For shit’s sake, Sarah, you can’t erase Kristy Swanson like that. I was introduced to Buffy 23.8 years ago, and gladly.
shut up buffy!!! I was a freshman in high school like 5 yrs ago, i don’t know what you mean about 19 years...
I don’t think it’s a question of intelligence; I think it’s one of caring. She will never need an abortion or social welfare benefits, so in her mind those issues are unimportant. It’s like when I hear about how tax plans affect people with a lot of investment income — that’s not me and it’s never going to be me, so…
You know if a college senior gets drunk at a bar and punches someone, they can be expelled from college before they even appear in court, right? Why is it that certain people (cough MRAs cough) get really mad about college conduct systems ONLY in sexual assault and rape cases?
Dude, you are SO not a lawyer. You’re not fooling anyone. You got your JD from Google University.
Ah, so then surely you’ll be able to cite legal precedent for a school being required to follow due process in expelling a student accused of theft. Considering you claim to be a lawyer.
We know that he presented his case, a decision was made, he appealed the decision, but did not meet the criteria for an appeal.
Nah, you’re not. If you were, you’d know what due process is, and you couldn’t have made it though the LSAT, three years of law school and a Bar exam with that reading level.
You’re a lawyer and you don’t understand the difference between meeting the criteria for an appeal and being able to present your case?
Asshole, they’re the same sources you’ve been using for your arguments. I know as much as you do about the facts of the case, but I’m apparently much better at reading comprehension and basic vocab. I also work in higher ed and have an intimate understanding of the federal laws and rights involved for both the accuser…
Big Deal doesn’t seem to know the difference between meeting the grounds for an appeal and being allowed to present your case.
