DT, the extra “oil” may be diesel. I have wrenched on diesels for a long time, many of which are tired examples where diesel has leaked past the seals. I am very seriously considering one of these for the Grand Wagoneer. I want to keep it as stock as possible. There is a also a modification out there were you can install a bluetooth module behind the radio tapping into the wires that power the cassette in the stock radio. Perhaps I will try this first.
