OH NO! OH WHY?!???!?!!??! OH NO!

THIS DISCUSSION JUST TOOK A NASTY TURN WITH THAT BASEBALL DIS.

If they’re all hateful because they’re whiny, entitled, bossy, arrogant, overpaid dumbasses but the game is pure (like baseball ;))? Sure.

Yes, that’s mostly true, you’re (mostly) right. ;)

Because Tibetan Buddhism actually says, essentially, if you do not seek enlightenment, then just be good to the world and to one another and practice respect, and homosexuality falls within those boundaries of the okay. Catholicism, on the other hand, doesn’t care if you want to practice Catholicism or not, they

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Belief vs. practice. I’m not really sure what you mean. For example, there is a church built around Christianity, but Christianity’s core tenets live in the individual’s practice of a set of ideals, not in attending church or following church doctrine. Yet that’s how many people choose to observe their faith. It’s the

Did you type this with the idea that it would mean anything to anyone?

He also really really loves telling bad jokes. He really missed out on his calling as a father. ;)

There’s a difference between the institutions of religion (i.e. the churches, the leaders, etc.) and the religion itself. While there has been misogyny inside the practice of Buddhism, to say, “a LOT of people think of Buddhism as an enlightened exception. This is a reminder that it really isn’t.” seems erroneous,

I think there’s some real confusion going on in this article and, then not shockingly, in the comments below. In Tibetan Buddhism, any sex that’s not straight up generic sex meant for creating a new life is considered misconduct. That’s for everyone, and it’s rooted in many things, not the least of which is the idea

Hey, old lady, she’s 19. Yep.

Yep.

Different, but I knew a guy who at different times dated all three of a set of triplets. And two twins, too. And he claimed that multiples really “creep me out.” WELL STOP DATING THEM, GENIUS, THERE AREN’T TOO MANY OF US TO BEGIN WITH (I’m an identical twin)!

Anybody else think this is a case of falling in love with someone who looks just like you taken WAY TOO DAMN FAR?!?!

I’m 37 and I’ve just A. bought a house B. gotten married for the first time and C. am pregnant with a baby all within the past three months. You aren’t going to rot away, don’t let that shit get in your head.

26 and not married yet?!!!??!!!! Good luck with that!

You wager before you see the answer, though.

You just never know, though, really with those roving packs of paleoanthropologists you see everywhere. What if they try to jump me into their gang?
