Based on the Gif, the Truck driver was already on the slow down due to the car in front. No way he would have known the pickup would have just moved over like an idiot at the last second. I always drive as if someone is going to do that and prepare, but you’re not doing any defensive driving in a potential 80,000lbs…

I really don’t know how you stop this at this point. No amount of messaging, laws or penalties stops people driving while glued to their phones.

Or a collision.  It’s only an “accident” because at least one driver was paying attention to something other than driving, “on purpose.”

One thing cool about the Vega is the Verti-Pak rail car that was developed to ship these. If only GM had spent the money for that on the actual car it might not have sucked so bad.
