Not their fault they have a shitty (pun intended) job. I prefer bathrooms without it too, but if you go to a place that uses the service then tip the staff.

Just be a good regular*; i.e. tip well, remember the bartender(s) name(s), tell them funny jokes/interesting stories, & chat with the other regulars. Eventually the bartender will, either, comp you outright or just give stiffer drinks than they give non-regulars.
