The question is how do you do that and keep some semblance of due process. You can’t stop people from earning a living because of every single accusation, however baseless.

This is true. In some situations, by entering that space you are giving up most of your personal space. You can’t expect no one to brush by you or accidentally bump you in a crowded bar or bus.
