We had “nazis” walking the streets, open displays of racism, and kids living in camps since before Trump. Also, we’ve been blowing people up with cruise missiles for the better part of two decades, including plenty of collateral damage.

I hope you’re wrong. I think if they learned anything it’s to keep the budgets down and their expectations tempered.
Not really. Marvel/Disney is light years ahead of where DC is, and DC could spend the next decade trying to catch up to what Marvel has put out and they’ll still be lagging behind.
Even the mighty Joss Whendon couldn’t turn around JL.
Yeah I bet panic and fear will rip through the Disney offices at the thought of James Gunn going to WB.
I wonder if it might not be the themes of rebellion and resisting unjust authority that cause Star Wars to not catch on in China. These are themes that resonate strongly with American audiences, where individualism and rebellious attitude are a large part of the culture. Maybe the more group-oriented Chinese culture…
Hulk-Verse.
This is basically that Hulk - he was originally smart, cruel, and like you say, only came out at night. The original concept was basically a horror comic, an updated, irradiated Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde, but they were limited in how far they could push the horror angle because of the Comics Code, which eventually…
Not enough stars!
This what I take issue with. I don’t care about the color of the actor playing the character, as long as the actor is a good actor, I care about effort they put into the makeup, costume, and effects. No one looks good in this series from what I can tell.

Titans easily could have cast a white actress, spray painted her bright orange, given her a questionable shake-n-go wig and called it a day, but the show did something better.
There’s SO MUCH ROOM for tension and conflict with them married! We haven’t REALLY dealt with Damian yet. How does the rest of the Bat Family feel given a totally new lieutenant/matriarch? Catwoman is a catburglar AND member of a major crime family AND a femme fatale—think of all the noir we could play with! Supes and…
> And it’s important for him to understand that, and he’s constantly putting the tragedy of his parents’ deaths as a motivating force and a driving force, where he puts the life of Bruce Wayne aside. [...] But the reality is, married Batman is an Elseworlds Batman, to me.
“to me, a happy Batman is the end of Batman”
Does anyone have an emotional investment in Valiant Comics characters? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t, but I remember the line mainly as an overpromoted speculator’s bubble that Wizard Magazine was hyping because they owned a network of comic book stores and they were trying to build interest so…
Do you think they’ve already offered Amy Schumer the role?
Omega Underground reports Epix could begin filming the Alfred Pennyworth spinoff series this fall.
“Wasp and the Ant-Man” doesn’t roll off the tongue as well.
