Yeah. My hair is not super straight. I can do a twist out still and it looks relatively similar to what it did before I got a perm again. I just do the same styles, but it doesn’t take HOURS to dry. My hair is unnaturally thick so the drying part was the absolute worst.

Thank you for saying this. I just commented on another thread about this. I work out and sweat too much to keep my hair natural. I’m not willing to sacrifice my workout for a cute style, so I relax. Not often. And my hair is healthy.

I work out all the time and sweat in my head like no one’s business. My options are, 1) natural and never ever styled (for long) or 2) relaxed and styled to some degree longer. I choose option 2. I did option 1 for a long, long time, but I got tired of never being able to have a hairstyle because my hair was not dry…

Eminem is a great lyricist but he didn’t go after ANY hip hop heavyweights because he knew better.
