I don’t expect a full recap of this, but honestly, I have never been well versed on this issue. People seem to 100% believe dude raped her (which he could have, not saying it didn’t happen) and others seem to believe there is evidence she just wanted a payday. Where can I find info on this story that is comprehensive

Oh, I believe you. As a whole, though, double straps aren’t particularly flattering on most folks. That’s just my opinion. If it works for you, rock on!

See, for me the thing isn’t his innocence or guilt. It’s that the police and prosecutors were hell-bent on convicting him so much that they completely fucked up the handling of the case. EVERY step of the way was mishandled. So, his guilt/innocence becomes secondary to the fact that the department is corrupt as hell.

This is something that needs to be talked about more. Because at 13, most people are not built the same way that they are at 25 or even 18. When you use children to sell clothes to adults, there will be some awkward discrepancies in how women perceive themselves.

Her body is fine. That suit is made for women who are a size 00 or maybe a child. Lol. No adult woman can make double side straps looks amazing. NOT ONE.

Thank you. I hate that the headline read “normal” as if being smaller than her is some sort of abnormal thing. Or if you were bigger you were somehow an awful creature.

Hmmm...I already said Sandra Bullock. I’d add Charlize Theron. Sadly, Jennifer Lawrence is on this list as well. I say sadly because she is super young, but is given roles that could be for someone who is older (think Anne Hathaway). She’s talented and is not going to turn down the work for sure. That said, she’s the

I say Jackson because he’s done a lot of work that isn’t the “Snakes on a Plane” variety and as GOOD in it. He probably gets a lot of consideration for other things (like serious roles for Oscar contention) but at this point in his career, he just does what he wants because he fits a niche (much like a Will Farrell).

Sandra Bullock is another. As much as we’re hearing about race and stuff, I firmly believe Morgan Freeman, Denzel and Samuel L Jackson are on that list as well.

Cut ties and move on. If you really think it’s worth a conversation, have it, preferably with someone who feels the same way you do so she can’t say it’s just you. But, if she doesn’t address her issues after you have that convo cut her off. She’s a drain. Whatever her life issues are, as an adult her responsibility

For some unknown reason, the combination of reading too fast and my eyesight made me think you wrote “strap on lessons” and I was deeply concerned and confused for like 3 whole seconds. Lol

I give them a pass on that because, honestly, there is no one they can turn to to express their misgivings (if they have any) in any type of way that would allow them to separate themselves and speak out. They are an extremely insular community of others who, if they dissent, are promptly excommunicated or shunned as

    Nah, I’m with you.

I would contact him off the strength of “my body is ready.” lol

I don’t mind being asked for clarification because people here don’t know my personal position outside of what I write on occasion here. However, Dash is making a career out of being a bigot who has proven herself to be the pawn of the Fox media agenda time and again. So to assume she meant her original statement with

I understand what you’re saying. To me, it should be taught as a part of all history and history should be better taught in general. But, I don’t disagree with you though.

She agreed with the interviewer that “because there is no white history month, there should not be a black history month.” That’s why I said what I said.

Not against BLM movement nor do I have disdain for BHM. I just think that continuing to teach it apart from history as a whole is BS. Black history in this country is AMERICAN history and should be taught as such. History teachers should not be waiting until Feb. to bring out all their good stuff regarding black

I have no idea. Lol. I wouldn’t doubt she feels that way and has said it before though.

It’s fine. No worries :) I just had to explain that point a few times. I absolutely get there is protocol and you are right. This man, who if the allegations are true, is a rapist and I highly doubt protocol is atop of his list when choosing victims. That was the point I was trying to make initially.
