The solitary confinement is administrative segregation and is not part of the order. This is the law of unintended consequences.

Regina Hall has played the HR lady Ms. Davis before - there was a cringe-inducing episode called the Egg Salad Equivalency when Sheldon compares women to egg salad in Texas - full of eggs and only appealing for a short time. Needless to say, they all end up in HR for sexual harassment training. Guffaw, guffaw.
Have you got a link to this? All I came up with is CR removing Toyato recommendations after the IIHS introduced a new crash test and Toyotas did not do well on it.
Except overreach into our bedrooms (sodomy laws), our uteruses (forcing medical doctors to claim abortions cause breast cancer), our families (adoption of children by same-sex couples).
Hey, I’m not a scientist, so I don’t know that “wearing other people’s skin” is bad. It’s my job to weigh both sides.
More of the joy, less of the self-angst that haunts parents
It’s a trade off for a shorter sentence. They could incarcerate her longer, but it’s expensive and there’s no benefit. This is really common for first time offenders - like driving your kid everywhere for a period after they lie to you about where they were. And people DO frequently commit other crimes after a first…
She’s not under surveillance. She is most likely reporting to a court officer to ensure she is keeping to the terms of her bail (no alcohol, no drugs, no consorting with known felons, no further criminal activity, seeking meaningful employment.). She may be wearing an ankle bracelet, which she will pay for fully.…
Except it’s illegal for your city’s businesses to hire undocumented workers so they would have to participate in fraud in assisting these people to buy SSNs and documentation suitable for legitimate employment. Plus they still need food, shelter, etc. while waiting for paychecks.
While I understand what you are saying, do you believe a leader like Donald Trump wouldn’t abuse laws governing content on the Internet to block unflattering information?
Don’t let your facts ruin a good hot take.
Did not Jesus say, “Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the yeast of these, ye did it not to me?”
Sorry - pedant here. ;-)
As a resident of Michigan, I can tell you that auto insurance is easily obtained for long enough to register your vehicle each year and is quickly dropped 15 minutes later, and that there is no central registry in this state allowing law enforcement to check to see if insurance is valid. In 2015 we just implemented…
We can’t enforce a majority of laws that are on the books in advance. We require people to have auto insurance to drive a car,and no one argues we should drop the requirement because we can’t enforce it unless we inspect every person’s insurance card before they get behind the wheel of a car, every time.
I would have hoped Brand would be en garde about the appearance of impropriety.
The linked article from WCPO contains a statement from the boy, and also says his face was heavily bruised when found.
I have never met a man who would admit it, so I am impressed. I did not shit for five days on my first trip with my now husband - my abdomen was so swollen I couldn’t button my pants. As soon as I stepped foot in the house, a nice, orderly evacuation occurred.
It’s one of my favorites, although I did modify it to “spit” for 10 or so years while the kids grew up.
More importantly, is it just women who require the HTA (Home Toilet Advantage) or are there men unable to poop in public restrooms?
