No, no, this is all wrong. How can his favourite song NOT be from Darude!

Car inductive chargers seem like a really bad idea. EVs are about 3 times more efficient than ice vehicles. An inductive charger cuts that advantage in half. It can’t be that hard to make an automatic plug (that doesn’t look like an alien butt probe)
there’s spare capacity for some extra lights. but not chargers. because when the majority of parking structures were put up in the 60's and 70's, car charging wasn’t even a possibility to need to plan for.
Rodney Tormenta de Arena sounds like a catlunyian pornstar.
Man, Fernando is about to unlock his own shitposting potential now that he’s out of F1. This is only the beginning. And it helps that he’s learning from the master.
Don’t forget the fire suppression required due to the chance of the chargers and batteries catching fire. Add in the insurance companies’s demands related to all of this. It may happen but it will be a long way off and very expensive. I am sure it will happen first in Asia or some country committed to science and advan…
Hyundai wants you to control your all-electric Le Fil Rouge’s actions with a touch of your smart device. Once you arrive to work or to the shopping mall or whatever location, this fantasy world allows you to tap and your car “finds the charging stations through the communication between the vehicle and the…
I thought that would cause the car to explode?
Well duh. If I park across two charging pads, my car will charge twice as fast! It’s not rocket surgery.
(The one time Kinja puts an image up maximum size, sorry for the nightmares, folks. Tom Cruise isn’t really under your bed.)
you know there’d be an entire cult of people that swear their car charges faster if they double-park..

I came down here specifically to say the same thing! pointing out a concept car has concepts not publicly available or commercially viable yet it’s like saying the sky is blue and water is wet! What Honda is proposing seems way more likely and these things
Oh, you sweet summer child. Your optimism knows no bounds.
Given how finicky my phone can be to get charged, hopefully if we have induction charging in the parking lots for wireless car charging, it’ll stop people from parking crooked across two spaces.
That's sort of the whole concept of concept cars.
I just got an 07' 350Z (with the vq35hr). The former owner took pretty good care of it so it still looks pretty nice. Yes, it’s a bit clunky. Overall, it makes a good 2 seat touring car if you’re making a short trip from LA to SD and don’t need to bring a lot of stuff with you. It’s also probably the fanciest car…
I owned a 240z ages ago, and loved that car dearly. One of the all time great cars.
I took a test drive around 5 years back and while I’m sure it’s faster the heft and weight just made it feel more cumbersome than the BRZ, Mini Cooper S, and GTI I chucked around as I test drove. I guess that wasn’t really fair since it’s more a GT car.
