Mine was ultimately about 50% stress related. Quit my job, stopped having most of the problems. A lot of the other half was alliums and caffeine.

They have samples out for looking at but not eating if I understand correctly. I am a germaphobe so I never ate them to begin with but the samples were there but like, behind plexiglass and no one was eating? Seemed like a waste of time.

I haven’t finished the book (have I ever finished a book?) but Holly’s website is a big part of me getting sober. The concept that you don’t have to be an alcoholic to decide you don’t like your relationship with alcohol and you want to quit drinking is, frankly, gamechanging. Congrats!
