Yeah, that’s how I am too. I always hoard my PTO days because I might get sick and need them, and then in years when I get lucky (like this year) I end up having to use it all up in the last couple months because it doesn’t roll over. :(

Enh, having insurance to cover legal expenses is not necessarily a bad thing in an overly litigious society. I think the outrage comes from companies basically only getting the insurance as if that’s good enough, instead of getting the insurance and implementing and supporting policies that would actually reduce the
