For years, the first result of a google image search for “love” was a portly man in a pink teddy fucking a tailpipe.

I guess I’ll be that guy.
I see gamergate is still tackling the important issues of our time.
There wouldn’t be in Canada. That only tends to happen in new, unstable, and developing nations.
Credible to the public.
If there were any serious possibility of that here, they would be required to step down.
Well, we never worry about the political affiliations of the Governor General.
Actually, come to think of it, that wouldn’t have reached the Governor General. Elections Canada (very strictly apolitical bureaucrats) would have performed recounts on any disputed ridings.
They do actually have a very important role. They interpret the law when, once every few generations, there is a disagreement among the parties.
The Governor General is a mostly ceremonial position. It’s somewhat like a Supreme Court Justice of Parliament, that only has to make a decision on something once every several generations. If you’d had one, you would likely have had a President Gore.
It’s not that complicated. A ridging represents about 100,000 eligible voters. A vote in downtown Vancouver is worth the same as one in Flyover, Manitoba.
Most people aren’t party members, but anyone can sign up. (Except maybe for the Bloc Quebecois.)
When it’s time to choose a leader, there’s a simple election among all party members. That’s it. It only occasionally happens immediately prior to a federal election.
I think it’s something to do with coloured smoke signals.
It’s not about Democrats vs. Republicans, but progressives vs. regressives.
I assume they meant someone like Nick Fury that has been both black and white.
Or, you know, just pirate things where they never disappear.
Any good cop would have dealt with the bad ones long ago. That they haven’t seems to prove there aren’t any good cops.
