Circumference of the Earth is a bit over 24,000 miles, so closer to 1,000 mph. That’s about 40,000 km, which works out to about 1,667 kph for the rest of the world. That’s at the equator of course.
When I saw the first photo it took me a couple of seconds to figure out which direction the front of the car was facing. The Regera is a much better looking car, IMO.
The only time I’ve found center mounted infotainment screens useful is using Android Auto maps for navigation. I don’t have to have the phone in my hand or phone holder, and the screen is larger than my phone’s screen.
I’ve said that if Tracy and McParland go, I’m outa here. Adding Streeter to that list.
Cristina Balan, win or lose, is screwed. Potential employers look at candidates who’ve sued their former employer as radioactive. About the only hope is to get a big settlement.
You will be far from the first person to get mad at an inanimate object.
In 1983 Dateline was caught using a model rocket engine to ignite gas on a Chevy truck crash demo, to show that the trucks were prone to catching fire in crashes. I suspect most of the “news magazines” were “enhancing” things to get better ratings.
4th Gear: Brexit is going to be a royal pain to BMW, Honda, and pretty much any UK manufacturer that exports. And that pain will be shared with the EU. Sounds to me like Brexit is kind of like herpes; the gift that keeps on giving.
Don’t worry, they’ll roll out dark mode in a few years.
Jesus H Christ, that display. I mean, I know that Tesla does it too, but really Ford?
Is Gamestop still around?
Yes, I’d like to take this cash, which is good everywhere, and exchange it for something that is only good in this one store.
The problem is that she always wants to negotiate down to last $50 which is very tedious. It really sucks to be last people leaving dealership in the evening.
I remember not too long ago finding a VIN “decoder ring” for Mazdas. The problem was that the VIN didn’t really tell you too much about the vehicle; certainly not all of the accessory packages that might have been added.
I forget the details, but a company I worked for sent out fake phishing emails to test the employees. Later, they sent an email out asking for information (fortunately not login info, but still info you wouldn’t want to go outside of the company) in an actual legitimate email that looked much more like a phishing…
But with cigarettes you are (mainly) harming yourself. With Covid, or really any disease that’s transmitted by air/touching contaminated surfaces, people can get sick. They can get sick just because someone who’s infected is running around unknowingly and without taking simple precautions (like masks). Or they may…
If your dad thinks that he can flip an 850 and even break even, I’ve got some retirement home lots in my Everglades Estates development that I’d like to talk to him about.
I stand corrected. I know I’ve seen on-line manuals that you had to pay by the year, or shorter term for less but higher continued access. Looks like Haynes actually has “lifetime” access that’s reasonably priced. At least for now.
Great, they’ll be going to a full subscription model, making sure that you pay many times the price of a print manual if you want to refer to the on-line version over several years. Another checkbox filled in the “you don’t own it, you license it” method of rent seeking.
