Might be better to use it only when needed.

And we have millions of unsophisticated rubes who think that vaccines cause autism.
SaaD (Software as a Disservice)
Notice that it says “For Off Road Use Only.” Which they also say on those LED and HID “replacement” headlight bulbs that everybody seems to be using.
He was just following the lead of the newspaper “When amber got the green light everywhere...”
4th Gear: Tesla: “It would be a shame if a Gigafactory wasn’t built in Texas, the state that doesn’t allow direct sales.”
That’s true, but I like that it’s neither a test of straight line acceleration nor one of just making left turns for several hundred miles.
If I just wanted an electronic copy, I might try soaking the owner’s manual in water and remove the pages so that they could dry individually on a flat surface. Then scan. That would have the added bonus of allowing others access to the manual. But vacuum freeze drying seems like the best shot of saving the manual.
And beer that tastes like crap.
Yeah, but with thermal management, can’t you run the coolant in those wasted spaces between cylindrical batteries, while you’d end up adding volume to the prismatic cells?
The “issues taking off” link takes you back to the current article.
Sure, they’re finding new oil. But the oil in the first article only adds about 3 years reserves at our current rate of consumption. And shale oil is more difficult to extract, meaning it costs more, which goes along with my original statement. Offshore drilling is getting more expensive as they go further out, into…
Boeing’s dilemma was that they were caught flat-footed when the A320neo came out and they needed something Right Now. Modifying the 737 was much quicker than doing a clean-sheet design. By the time they would have had a new design certified and on the market, Airbus would already own that market.

The problem is that we are running out of oil that is easy to get out of the ground/offshore sites, so extraction in more remote locations will make oil more expensive. Shifting to renewable energy reduces the demand for oil, which…
Yep, we should copy the citizen surveillance apparatus of the benign government of China. Nothing can go wrong. /s
A billion years ago I had a cheap LCD watch that had analog “hands” instead of a numeric display, so yeah, hardly a new thing. It seemed kind of cool retro at the time.
Can confirm; lines were much less common in small towns.
Actually, 45 mph would save more gas. At 45, your typical car with an automatic has shifted into its highest gear, and wind resistance is still reasonably low. Roughly 30 mph would be better for wind resistance, but then you get into the gearing issue. I’m pretty sure they knew that back then.
There’s also 2FA with a security key or an authentication app, if you don’t want to use your phone or are worried about SIM phishing.
It sounds like the email address actually does exist, and that the OP assumed a confirmation email from Google wasn’t standard.
