Since Disney’s 1973 film, Robin Hood’s starred in movies on a consistent basis

Indeed. One of the first silent films ever made was a Robin Hood film. And there are two very famous movies that followed before the first Disney adaptation, which was live action and not animated. Robin Hood has a rich cinematic history that I feel is being brushed aside in this article.

I’m not sure why the Disney movie is used as the starting point for Robin Hood adaptations? That’s just weird.

Might not be a swap. Earth X had her as a Surfer and Herald of Galactus WITH Norrin Radd. Of note is that Galactus of that universe was Franklin Richards after the original died.

Julia Garner is great (I mean honestly she was the best thing about Ozark), though that is a hilarious mental image. She was also amazing in Inventing Anna and good in Dirty John.

DEI has to do with giving financial and professional opportunity to those that have purposely been excluded from the social and economic engine that they live in and contribute to.

I’d be kinda ok with a Surfer cameo at the end,but yeah, too much too soon if it’s the big guy. I’m also not tied to Norrin Rand particularly, so the swap doesn’t offend me.

I’m of the opinion that we absolutely did not need to jump straight into Silver Surfer/Galactus territory with this movie, so I’m a bit bummed by this.
