390 is the max recommended light level for raids. Wrath of the Machine hard mode has always been 390. Gear will still drop at 400 if you are 400, just like WotM.

He doesn’t do it often, but when he slips up and directly accuses a specific journalist/story of lying, they need to start suing him. He usually avoids the line through vagueness, but he does it occasionally and has to be held to account every single time.
