Only if you are drinking Apple Kool-aid. All iOS browsers have to use Apple’s rendering engine. In other words, you are welcome to choose a Firefox or Chrome lipstick shade but the pig it goes on remains the same.

For example, Amazon has an app store for Android, and F-Droid is also a popular source. Both of these do have protection against distributing malware.
