If it’s $69,420 then they deserve what they get.

My wife is a nurse and getting any straight answers regarding money is a PITA. She’s quite frugal, just has zero clue about what is coming in and going out. One of those “I know interest is bad but I don’t know what it is” products of the public school system (straight-A student, too).
Toyota needs to create an EV conversion kit for the Mirai. That would be less wasteful than selling cars that cannot, for most intents and purposes, be driven.
Same.
My car has 12-inch (steel) wheels and I love them. Although I might have to go for 13s, since I currently have to buy 12-inch tires abroad and ship them - not exactly cost effective.
It’s a vanity project, meant to be driven around in a public manner, often at public functions such as parades etcetera. I am certain they pulled out all the stops to make it reliable.
Another thing that shouldn’t be an issue, but will require Ferraris and Mitsubishi Mirages to be fitted with forward looking cameras and sensors. And so, the benefits of not buying an SUV are whittled away even further.
I should love this- convoluted brand history, complicated engine with exquisite pedigree, tin top and not convertible, Italian. But somehow the Fiat Dino always left me cold. I’d rather have an Isuzu 117 Coupé (Giugiaro reused this design but I think the Isuzu looks better). The 117's dashboard was made of Taiwanese…
It also made me think of the Bburago logo, but Beats is obviously closer.
2nd gear - Does SuperCruise work well enough yet for GM to abandon it?
90's GM patina is a special kind. Drooping headliner should be a CyberTrukk option, too.
I was wrestling with that as a child, and decided that sunrise reset the no-feeding requirement.
Their fault for taking them outdoors. What did they expect?
What’s funny is just how many people actually need that advice, though. Not talking about the people that don’t have options, but the ones who “solve” their economic woes by getting an additional credit card or a loan against their house. While getting a new lease on a Highlander because it snowed once.
No winners in this one. I feel for the widow.
There was something written about this in the article but I found myself glazing over, I am afraid.
Yeah, both cool vehicles, I am actually undecided (except I don’t want those silly carbon fibre seats).
I own a Focus of this generation, with the SOHC engine, and let me tell you - this information cheers me up. Hopefully it kills itself soon. Its nickname is “Focal Matter”.
I don’t think firing four people would make much of a difference to the bottom line.
No, just straight pipes should require you to repair and certify the car. Straight pipes + sideshow attendance could justify crushing, or (better) auctioning.
