Watch out, or he will get mad at you, and then you will be issued a Justy. Oh, wait...

Really? I absolutely loved my sister’s Justy and would pay good money for a decent replacement. Sure, not as fun as a Citroën AX GT or a Visa Chrono or an Uno Turbo or a Swift GTi, but it has four-wheel drive! And an extended roof! And it uses the doors from the Subaru Rex kei car (that’s why they’re sooooo thin).
Will you buy it? How is the range? As with so many others, I am waiting to see what an older EV is like before I take any leaps, and the Ioniq is on my list.
“The areas that are conducive for that are already maxed out and they also become the most expensive because of ‘accessibility’ to daily necessities.”
Like so many other things, EV sales will increase rapidly, then plateau, then go up again, plateau, etc. Right now I think this is market saturation until some conditions change. Charging issues, price, and general (often mindless) resistance to EVs is definitely going to slow things down a bit. I think the next…
The link to Reddit post about someone cancelling their reservation has been removed by the Cybertruck moderators... the comments remain, though, and those people are not about to spit out their Kool-Aid.
I was thinking more like this guy, but that also adds up.
I must say I don’t envision ever buying a sporty car - maybe because I live in NYC, where visibility is the Alpha and Omega of enjoying driving or getting anywhere fast.
Was the driver also wearing a black cloak, and twirling his mustache? It’s like a cartoonishly bad idea.
It sure is becoming common - the fact that Woodard even felt the need to point out that the trucker stayed behind is significant.
This is clearly a job for David Tracy. Someone turn on the Rust Signal!
It takes an EXTREMELY long time for the government to admit that they were wrong about something. And once they do admit their error, they are unlikely to re-revert with alacrity. If I was in charge of this awful scheme I would give up on California altogether (cue a bunch of people saying everyone should give up on…
No hate, just a mixture of mockery and pity.
Pretty sad that we are all pleased and surprised that the trucker stayed instead of just leaving. I hope doing the right thing will prove to have been the right decision, too.
All Kiwis I’ve met except for one have been the chillest, most down-to-earth, easy-going and well balanced people. Makes sense that the nutty ones make up for it by being absolutely insufferable.
I fully agree with ragging on this guy, merely for being a member in this Club, but I presume he just pulled in there for a photo.
Yes, speaking the truth is dangerous in the United States. People are losing their jobs right now for taking a stance. I am definitely less politically active since there is so much to lose from doing the moral thing, but I don’t know that this is the world we were hoping to make.
I do see the occasional IG video of Turo renters bragging about how they make big money by overcharging renters for repairs.
I was, and it was a joy. This is a dead husk in comparison. Not saying that it isn’t risky to speak truth to billionaires, though.
