it depends on what part of point breeze i used to (9 years ago) live on the Homewood end and i only paid $450/month (+utilities and my gas bill was high as hell because it was an old drafty Victorian house) for a 2 bedroom but the Shadyside/Squirrel Hill end is super pricy

I think Photographers include them so they can get to know the couple well, and what they are comfortable with, how well they handle being in front of the camera, etc before the day full of irreplaceable important photos happens.
