The car chase guy, who was minioning for Barbara Hershey and Other Smoking Guy.

I’m okay with this.

The hottest take: the mythology eps were fine, even some stellar, through Season 5. After that, they start folding in on themselves and become annoying convoluted, rather than intriguingly complex, by the end.

But he knew who the guy worked for. It was the same guy who chased him and ended up at the house with the non-CSM and Barbara Hershey. Or so I thought. If it’s not the same guy ... eh.

Nope. Just nope.

Will! Thank you so much for a great interview! Welcome back to the AV Club!

You get it! You really get it!

Hi, Gang.

I succumbed and saw The Last Jedi. Fun. But SW is not my fandom - there were things I didn’t like about the movie, and things I did - none of it is enough to get me into arguments about it. Glad I saw it, but I loved Thor:Ragnarok & Get Out more.

I protest - Davis is funny in The Man Who Came to Dinner and has wonderful chemistry with James Cagney in The Bride Came C.O.D.

I concede my error and am willing to change my pitch to Keener being Gina’s aunt.

I can take her.

No, but it sounds like fun or at least incredibly dated.

I did see that scene, and I thought it showed that LeMarr had potential, but he’s not yet a good letter. But, YMMV.

That photo above made me realize that Catherine Keener would be perfect to play Gina Linetti’s mom on Brooklyn 99. How can we make this happen?

The only live-action Seussian movie I’ve seen thus far is The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T. So far, it’s worked out for me.

No idea, but I should have 2 eps each of Happy!, Stephen Colbert & Seth Meyers waiting on my Tivo tomorrow night, in addition to The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.

I tried binging on ION Christmas movies, but the 2nd one was just too ... annoying for me. So, instead, I’m watching the original Secret Life of Walter Mitty on TCM. Danny Kaye is a balm.

Having fallen for Season 4 of The Great British Bake Off, should I attempt the American version?
