It’s still a 20-year-old Jeep, and they made millions of this thing. No way is this worth $12k.

Uhhhh....
I’ve owned four of these (currently have a ‘98), and looked at hundreds more. This is a really impressive one in terms of cleanliness, apparent maintenance, and overall care. It should absolutely command a premium over most used ones out there right now. Which makes it worth about 6-7k. CP.
I have very strong feelings about the XJ. I owned a used-and-abused Cherokee in 2010 and it was the most amazing partner on epic adventures, whilst also being the most unreliable car I’ve ever owned. I would love to have another one now, and would pay a premium, if it was in nearly-new condition...
That’s the last generation of Cherokee that I liked. Post-refresh, it retained its identity undiluted.
DT could sell all five of his Jeeps and still not be able to cover the tax on this thing.
Yeah - check BaT, they’ve been having an influx of minty XJs for a while now. They go for STUPID money.
Agreed...for some reason, the number $6,500 kept popping into my head, and I kept thinking, “Hey, that’s a pretty good deal! NP!”
That sentence = CP, not NP.
NP because someone will pay that for it. Me, I can’t imagine buying one of these as a garage queen. I want one I can just beat the shit out of.
Serious question: How strung out on drugs do you have to be to think a 19-years-old Cherokee is worth $12K?
Thank you so much for the feature and kind words Luke! This made my day! Especially in light of what's going on in the world.
I’ve been playing this game as much as I possibly can since release and I haven’t experienced any toxicity. YMMV.
Spderweb: THIS GAME SUCKS!
It would seem that asking all of your workers to come into work during a global epidemic kind of defeats the point. If you were worried about the bottom line, you wouldn’t have asked them to come in at all.

Nasty. Nasty, nasty question. You’re a nasty person asking nasty questions. Remember when I fixed the economy and made Apple move iPhone manufacturing to America? I’ve also put Mike Pence in charge of keeping us all safe. Overall I’m doing fantastic with macarenavirus. Kristen Lee, she’s just not nice.
If they did fix it, they could always leave a ‘speedrunnable’ version available via Steam betas. One of the coolest least-used features on Steam.
