Exactly, he wasn’t going to kill them. If he was, he wouldn’t have waltzed in with the crossbow and sat down. He was never going to kill either. He’s saved both their lives before.

Exactly! Since when is crying a weakness? So woman can’t cry now? I am baffled by the need to tell women: “Don’t be put in this box society wants you to exist in! Be free! Be yourself! Be whatever you want to be! *ahem* In our box over here.”
Danette never goes a single article without hitting on her favorite topics: POC, using POC as props, fucking “fridging”, white male (anything), female characters not acting empowered enough to her standards. She wants to be a ally. You know the kind, the kind that makes sure everyone KNOWS they’re an ally at every…
I thought so, and I thought it was obvious, but according to the internet and several critics, they disagree.
I just thought it was a plot point. I had an issue with the convenience of them capturing the one person who meant the most to the Queen and her best warrior. But..nah...fridging.
I know! Twitter too! Not that Twitter has ever been all that mentally stable, but damn...
Everyone needs to feel SEEN these days. Representation now means more to reviewers than having a show with a cast and story that makes sense.
It’s the worst part of Twitter too. Missi didn’t have to die! Women of Color Are Not Props! (Even though she wasn’t a prop - that’s just a “reviewer trope”)
Is he allergic to CGI too?
As a super fan of the series (Loved 1 and especially 2, Pre-Sequel was a cash grab I liked anyway), I’m not sure what he was expecting the game to “say”. I get that the AVC is like, so much deeper than the rest of us unwashed, but someone poses a legitimate question and first they get snark, and then they get high…
“Oh bother.”
He never choked a bitch, he just posited whether he would have to.
If you knew for sure who to root for, or even worse, who you should root for, I would consider THAT bad writing.
They have had a charged relationship since they meet in...season two? They certainly are pairing people up a lot lately, but it don’t find that coupling to be out of nowhere.
I said something similar a few weeks back on Twitter, but I thought maybe he’d be the Veep. Mostly, for a potential Richard Spletnet.net spinoff.
I love Amy, she’s just such a mess. I feel like I understand her character the most. She keeps making the wrong choices, seems to choose misery in her work and personal life, and when she gets a glimmer of hope, it always gets shot down and she just rolls with it.
“That half-wit.”
I love when these reviews hop on soap boxes about how those clueless men D &D don’t handle Sansa’s abuse the “right way”, or how Missi being killed was sad since she was a POC, and representation matters.
This needed a trigger warning. This level and that goddamned Earth Worm Jim one with the sub that the glass cracks on.
I never watched Legion, although I am a big fan of Hawley, but I did enjoy reading the reviews. Heh.
