Yeah, it's not a good movie. A slog to watch. It was one of the first movies where I heard it was great and then watched it and strongly disagreed.

It's the writer, who clearly has a big up their ass.

This site is a parody of itself. Has been for well over a decade now. It's just a bunch of uneducated smartasses who Wikipedia a few details and then grouse about whatever they think people want to hear. And they pander to the most obnoxious people in society.

Glad to see the AVC writers are still bitchy, petulant children that get pissy when they hear something they don’t like.

Its a time jump.

Fuck sake. You people have the ability to take issue with every other word people say. I wonder why you don't have a lot of real friends.

Oh thats right, we're supposed to hate Rowling too. I can't to find out who I'm supposed to hate next. Tell me AVC, tell me!

Well, since you say so, I have no recourse but to believe you blindly.

AVClub: Celebrity Brad Garrett BEEN KNEW about Ellen. It’s true. It’s allllll true. See, we’ve been dragging her all this time justly.

Because the first one was a tonal mess.

I use this Mr Show reference ALL the time.

Abed knew, "It's Angela."

Stay ignorant.

Johnny Depp isn’t a wife beater. That’s a pretty tenuous allegation. I know AVC made up their mind pretty quick but this site is known for going after celebs pretty unfairly on a regular basis.

I clearly remember reading a story in Entertainment Weekly about allegations during the movie Apt Pupil, in 1998. 1998!

I had no idea so many people had such strong feelings about Alf Clausen.

I was wondering how long before people would come for poor Bob’s Burgers. No one wants Linda and Tina recast because Mintz and Roberts are exceptional in their roles. But of course, the Not-Good-Enough patrol are out trying to act like this is an important matter that needs to be dealt with.

Mountain Dew joke: Check.
Comments about anything being male-centric: Check. (Even if that’s not entirely true, considering the behind the scenes talent was diverse)
Judging something from the past by the standards of today (set by the oddly priggish AVC): Check.
Hughes having no idea what he’s writing about, and just

“...like when someone buys too many scratchy lotteries?"

Seems like an awful title. Sam thinks it’s pretty good. So yeah, it tracks. It’s an awful title.
