As a writer, I tend to observe people interacting with others, and people that exhibit traits I had / have cause me to be drawn to them, and vice versa. Sometimes, it’s their sense of humor, or how they seem overly angry at certain people in their life.

Yeah, the thing I really disliked about Death Wish, and especially DWII was that is was passing off exploitation and misery as entertainment. It was just really gross.
