It’s a terrible movie. He just goes around at night and kills petty criminals. It also just sort of...ending... like a turtle’s dream in outer space.

I find the fist-bump explosion very toxic in a decidely straight white male way. Can’t people just have consensual, gender neutral hand shakes?

Why? I’m not going to see it, and I’m certainly not here to corral others into seeing it, but are we just being reactionary?

There’s just simply no need to wring your hands over whether this movie is a good idea or not. The original movie was garbage, the second was morally reprehensible (rape and violence that was used to titillate), and this remake is probably going to be garbage too.

LeBron, is a bad teammate and a bit of a whiner, but as a Celtics fan, I gotta say, the guy is incredibly talented, and when it comes to speaking his mind, I respect a lot of what he has to say.

I wanted to like Rodriguez, and did to a degree early on, but at some point I saw a lot of creativity and effort, but a shoddy final product.

I agree. We get all outraged over lies, falsehoods and speculation, and then people start throwing guesses out online, and before you know it...people take it as fact.

Yeah, I check pending comments as well. If people are trying to add to the conversation I try to get them un-grayed.

I think I’ve helped people become Un-Grayed. I lucked out, I pandered for stars early and often and didn’t have to languish in GreyTown for long.

See, THAT was brilliant casting of Idris Elba. Too bad that movie was not very good. Plus, there were legitimate story issues with making Roland black, but they figured out a way to deal with it. Again, poorly done, but that’s not on him.

Did I miss any mention of Randy’s Halloween costume being used much like Lisa the Librarian’s Dr Suess costume?
