MY COMMUTE IS 260 MILES I PULL A BOAT AND I LIVE IN A CABIN OFF GRID

I wondered the same thing, but he mentions the easily washable interior, so I guess decapitation is more feature than bug here.

Everyone knows that one flus on those airplane toilets will suck out everything, including your intestines if you're still sitting on the can, so that second flush isn’t necessary and can only be a signal to set off the bomb.

Terrorist Training Tip #27 – Real Muricans leave floaters!

“While we’re on the topic of interior imperfections, check out this open area under the center console. It’s totally useless.”

Seems like a great machine and you can tell Porsche gave its best effort, but the fact a 7 year old car is still technologically competitive goes to show how far ahead Tesla really was/still is. Unless something changes quick (e.g. solid state batteries) it seems Tesla will remain a generation ahead of competitors for

Nailed it.  Also acceptable: “that’s the IMS bearing going bad”

They’re Taycan their time to get it right.

Excellent article as always, David. Strangely enough, my takeaway here is that I should be more interested in the Model S.

“...if I hammered the throttle, there was a tiny bit of hesitation before the electric thrusters shot the Taycan down the street.”

GM is no saint for a number of reasons, not least of which is exploiting “temporary workers” by keeping them for years and years without offering the same benefits as a regular employee (or even something close!). But...

It would be insider trading if he traded in VW securities or provided information that was not public to someone who did. What the prosecutors are alleging is that he should have made the information public and disclosed it to all shareholders earlier. US securities laws have similar disclosure rules for material

GM has profit sharing. For every billion they make in profit, each (none-temp) worker gets $1000. But when they finally invest in electrification, they’ll have losses in the billions. Will the workers share those losses too?

[Sighs]

Psycho dwarves?  Borderlands 3 advertising is getting dumber than I expected.

What? The majority of the country’s workforce is non-unionized and don’t appear to be chained to workstations and dying early.

Didn’t Demi say she got started on the hard stuff while she was stuck at her hotel in Rio while Michael Caine and Joseph Bologna were partying it up with an under age Michelle Johnson?

The shitty thing about this situation is absolutely Temp and Tier 2 workers. That is a legitimate grievance.

Just another scam by Big Oil, keeping these FuelSharks out of our cars.

Pfft, you’ll just end up driving it to the mall like all the other posers. Most airplane tugs never even see tarmac.
