I'd be perfectly happy if they put them in every game as an extra feature of the games. That makes it kind of cool unlike other similar properties like Skylanders that is a Skylanders only thing. The problem I have is Smash Amiibo's not working with Mario Party 10 for anything other than scratch tickets and you

Almost every actor has a ton of bad movies under their belts. Some of them are absolutely atrocious movies. It just happens if you're in the business long enough. Sure, some of Sandler's bombs have been pretty awful (I disliked Funny People as well) but some of his other movies are pretty OK. Hating one movie

Yeah, I don't quite get the hate. Adam Sandler has reached critical mass along with other things out there like DmC reboot, Linkin Park and Windows 8 where people truly bring out their venom and typically don't even know what they are talking about for very little reason. It's kind of a sad thing in today's social

Well, Nintendo just wants to strike it rich again. They did motion controls and kind of made it work at a good time and due to pricing and getting people who wouldn't normally buy a game system to buy one (fitness or dance related reasons mostly). So I'm worried they will keep doing gimmick tech trying to strike it

I could see that but I hope they don't go that route. I would be perfectly happy with them going back to the Super NES/N64 days where they are trying to compete in hardware and have a typical control scheme so that they could not only benefit from their own IP's but that of the multiplatform ones too. It would not

Ok, that makes sense. But what about Mass Effect. Would it have been better for you if your character didn't ever speak? Assuming you have played at least one of them that is. I think the whole tone of the game would have been destroyed if Shepard didn't have a voice and everyone sort of acted like you just spoke

I guess I just can't agree. I always see it as cheap and easy. I don't want to be that character. I want to play in a story where I can determine that characters actions but they don't have to have my voice or even thoughts outside of gameplay. I can respect people enjoying it but I'll never be one who will love

Oh, I guess I was thrown off with the Dragon Age comment as you go from a generic protagonist that you created yourself to a named character in the sequel. My bad.

This doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Your character does talk in the game. They just aren't voiced when they do it. You choose dialogue responses and interact. You just don't get a vocal of it. Take the Mass Effect games. Same thing but when you choose a response your character acts it out.

He's talking about within the story. They never commented on the plot. Of course then he goes on to say how much the characters in Pre-Sequel commented on the plot and they really didn't. Sure, they said some things randomly about themselves or what was going on but it felt pretty weak really. They never actively

Woah, we got an internet tough guy over here!

No, they said. It feels kind of lazy and out of place, they said.

I think the game just looks pretty awful. It looks like a game where they bought art assets and threw them together and then forgot about traditional Mega Man level themes and designs and also used rather generic looking enemies. They haven't even bothered to use any of the cool lighting effects of the engine they

True. I honestly think that most companies in Japan hire failed anime writers on the cheap to write their games. Or they let people who have the idea for the game write the game as opposed to somebody who is trained to write a games story.

John Oliver is pretty much the best mouthpiece the American people have and he's not even from the US.

My first thought is he meant to use pretentious but his mobile device he might be using decided to do one of those wonderful auto-corrects I get all the time.

I too an old enough to remember, quite well, the last time. And back then it was still mostly Sci-fi in concept because all of the different types of interconnecting technology just didn't exist. Back then real time realistic graphics just weren't possible. Hell, polygons were still considered high end. The

You believe that the killing of another human being, the torture of another human being or, as in the original statement, the raping of another human being is on the same level as racial profiling another human being? If so I definitely agree with your last sentence.

Read what he said. I'm not sure why there is so much bandwagon responses to his post. He very clearly stated that racial profiling, by comparison, is minor when compared to rape, torture, murder and theft. Theft is debatable but the rest I think most people would consider to be more serious than racial profiling

If the guy your replying to would have actually said what you implied he did I would agree with you. But he didn't say what you implied. He said by comparison. Which is debatable but I'd wager most people could come down on the side that rape, murder and torture at least would be considered more serious. Which
