Xenoblade Chronicles traded out higher resolution textures, AA and lighting so that you could run around an absolutely giant in scope areas and be able to see vasts swaths of land. That a conscious design choice and it's one I agree with. No other game, even current games, looks like Xenoblade in regards to the…
I get the spirit of what you're saying but you can play Xenoblade just fine on a WiiU. I just finished the game myself a few weeks ago on my WiiU. However, I do agree that I'd like to see a digital release of the game since it's way too expensive to buy used and it would expose a lot more people to what is, IMO, the…
Yeah, it's exclusive to the New 3DS and won't run on your current 3DS due to the hardware changes.
Nah. All that happened is Shulk from the Wii version was wearing a different outfit and the 3DS version has the default. I don't know why they didn't keep the default outfit for the Wii side of the comparison.
The voice acting overall in Xenoblade is quite good. Most of the cast has an English accent and are actually quite good. There aren't any monotone readings and a few of the actors actually have a pretty good range when it comes to emotions without going too far overboard. They really did a great job of doing the…
The Project Dolphin version looks INSANELY better. Not only due to a much higher resolution (whatever you want it to be) but there is also a high resolution texture pack you can get which replaces all of the low resolution textures with what the game more deserves. So if you resurrect that save file you should…
1. Agreed. I've enjoyed the hell out of it in updated formats used in Blood Dragon or the soon to be out movie Kung Fury.
I think most everyone knows that. Also, most everyone doesn't care because the show was pretty damn amazing at the time for a kid.
It's crazy how generous some people with money can be when they are thoroughly entertained by somebody. A lot of people like to give back in those situations but some people definitely have more money than others and tend to really give back. I never quite got Runescape but I can understand why somebody might find…
We all saw how well that went with the movie Hackers. All that happened is he came back stronger than ever...strong enough to hack a Gibson.
I'm not down with that but I am down with a guaranteed prison sentence in the 5-10 year range. No chance at parole and will be enforced regardless of age assuming they are near to 18. And if they aren't then it will pick up when they turn 18.
Are you kidding me? If you don't have the foresight to see why they would respond you are probably going to be the exact same person who makes a scathing post when/if the police do not react to a potential threat.
You do realize Valve does not set the price on skins right? How is Valve ripping anybody off when the prices are set by people and those prices are dictated by what people will consistently pay for them? I don't quite understand how Valve is to blame here and, again, why they wouldn't be able to ban cheaters and…
You question their moral ground in regards to match fixing...because they sell keys? I am, uhh, I just don't know how to respond to that. They don't want professional players who represent the product they sell to intentionally throw matches or be a part of that and you're upset because they sell keys?
It's not like the guy said it ruined his experience or it would keep him from buying or that it was extremely offputting. But he is right. A lot of these games have very weird animations that are pretty uncommon today even among the smaller budget titles. Getting a character to move naturally in a cut scene is…
Some of the hardware on the list is 4-5 years old. Of course for a lot of games minimum doesn't really mean minimum and you can get away with less using lower resolutions, graphical settings and if you OC your hardware.
Man, I grinded the hell out of that place so I could get weapon upgrades.
It's not really ironic. It's just more of a welcome message combined with a statement of fact. Or if you're pointing out my assumption of you just entering the PC-verse as being ironic which I also don't quite understand. Regardless, I hope you enjoy your new setup.
Well, welcome to the PC world where there is never a last gen and next gen :)
