I thought the same thing. The average varies widely depending on housing type and location. 20x20 might be common if you live in an LA townhouse (or even smaller) but if you’re in a single family home in Texas it’s likely at least 24x24. Point being there is no “average” or “standard”.

Ford’s potential EV buyers are those not interested in ICE. They are mutually exclusive groups. No one is walking on the lot looking for and ICE but being “convinced” to buy an EV. They start out looking for EV’s and Ford’s offering is simply a better option for EV buyers not looking to badge whore (read: most buyers).

There is no “sea” of F150's. Most dealer lots look like they are going out of business there is so little inventory.
