Well aren’t you sanctimonious.

Well SF is also the most extreme example in the country.

There are actually lots of jobs because all you millenial babies are trying to whine your way in to shit you have earned or worked for instead of just going where the jobs arw and you can afford to live.

Yes there is, try again.

Vallejo isn’t cheap but isn’t excessive and is exactly 30 miles from San Fran

So what then? You stay and complain or move to somewhere you can live comfortably. It may not be exactly what you wanted but it is reality. Living in a particular locale is not a right. Even if you grew up there.

I live in Vancouver. I’m more aware of massive housing cost increases than you could imagine.

I have a very clear and first hand “understanding”. I’ve lived through massive housing price increases in one of the most expensive cities in the world with one of the worst housing crisis’. I moved to where I could afford. You can too.

If you’re barely making over minimum wage then how are you really going to make less living somewhere else cheaper? I can sympathize with the need to find a place you can be yourself without being subject to shitty people daily but I’m fairly confident there are LGBTQ neighborhoods outside of LA, SF and NYC. How bout

Hate begets hate. No apologies.

Besides, you can lease a new civic for about $300 a month. Through fuel, insurance and maintenance and you’re barely $600 a month. If you save yourself $1500 a month in rent then you are $900 ahead.

I think you missed my point: you don’t need to hang out or really even work in those ultra expensive areas. The alternative is to find a job and some hobbies in an area you can comfortably afford to live if you don’t want to deal with the commute and it’s associated costs.

Well, it’s a single pic taken from an odd angle. Let’s wait and see just how big it really is.

Sorry, I disagree. Plenty of affordable homes in the Fraser Valley or the Interior.

PS. Spit should be responded to with a throat punch 100% of the time. Or a shiv, shivs are good too.

So you’ve chosen to pay stupid rents for a view. Oddly, I don’t feel sorry for you.

How about: move to where you can afford to live?

There will be an AWD version.

The number of buttons is not remarkable (most currently available vehicles have at least as many) it’s the odd orientation that makes it look so silly.

Bwahahaha.....civil war.
