Truck drivers could have helped the economy by using their vehicles to deliver goods to the American people. The rally cry seemed to be more, “I’m a little child and am not wearing a mask so I’m going to clog an international border causing distress to hundreds of thousands of people.

Yes because after a point is made, disruptive protests become economic hostage taking. Even if the cause behind the protest is just the people just trying to get to work, school, or even a hospital are being materially harmed when they almost always have little to no control over the issue being protested.
