I couldn’t have said it better myself.

The Rapid Blue looks fantastic on these by the way. If they had a British racing green, that would be slick
Except I assume the world is going to burn into the ground. No way we make it 20 more years without a massive sea level rise when some glaciar the size of rhode island breaks off in Antarctica. Conservatives in the US might be climate change deniers...but that doesnt change the fact that it is happening.
Post offices are large commercial buildings that suck down some serious amperage to keep air conditioned. Turn off half or so of the AC systems at night (when it likely isn’t needed) and switch that power supply to a pile of Level 2 chargers. Charging your vehicles in 10 hours is perfectly fine in this case.
So much this. Pretty much any time a company moves its HQ, it’s because of either local incentives or for tax purposes.
I guess that could be true.
The Cybertruck is never going to be built, despite whatever fantasies you choose to play out in your head.
I won’t disagree on the engine choices - the lackluster options on the TSX killed it for me (even though I enjoyed the design), and the revisions after the early (2004ish) 3.2 TL were just... wtf looking. I still want that gen of TL personally - it’s one of the best looking cars out there - but their larger stuff…
Do you think that’s the French Flag? Also, this island is between Ontario and New York, so Quebec is even less relevant.
That’s not a French flag. France’s flag is Red, White, Blue with the stripes oriented vertically.
I fully agree with you. From predator face to the weird greenhouse and beltline, and the random cutlines here and there, I think this car is hideous.
Worried about buying a car from a startup? Don’t be. The 0 comes with an 8-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.
Yup. It’s about time for McDonalds and other companies to totally withdraw, rather than the bullshit whitewashing they’re doing now (e.g. still paying employees while their business operations are suspended).
A lot of corporations like McDonalds are still paying their employees in Russia in the hopes that this war will wind down soon and they can resume operations (as in, make money again).
Because Hyundai is still willing to make less money on more volume, the old school approach. VW - especially in their corporate arrangement - has decided that they’ll try and take higher profits off of each sale, like so many other brands are doing. Seems like it’s not working.
The car has to be federalized, a lengthy, complex and expensive process that involves designing in the components required for US EPA and California emissions certifications, meeting US crash testing, US passive restraint/airbag standards, DOT spec front, rear and side lighting and safety requirements, as well as all…
“[...] it’s priced too close to its Audi cousins [...]”
“The products included in the recall have UPC codes between 1274425 – 2140425"
In my experience, that crowd hates gubmint handouts going to other people. If the gubmint gives them money, well that’s different.
All the more reason to get the manual. I prefer the exhaust only be as loud as necessary for the performance I want. Any louder is just stupid and obnoxious. Every time I hear dickheads drive by loud as hell but just flowing with traffic I just think to myself, “It’s that wooooWOOOOOO”
